One bedroom with a king size bed, + bathroom (bathtub included-that’s important;) and blackout curtains. There is also a couch in the living room that folds flat into a bed in case you need more space for an extra guest. Large closet in bedroom with washer+dryer+detergent included. Extra bedding+pillows+towels. A fully stocked kitchen with a Keurig, pots, pans, silverware, cups, dishes and baking utensils. Smart TV Unit has open parking out front with plenty of spaces available. Unit is conveniently located within walking distance to the Paseo Arts District and few minutes from Midtown.
